Hoist Operator/Forklift Driver (1st Shift)

Location: Green Bay, Wisconsin, United States. Full-time, onsite position on the 1st shift.

Salary: $33,280–$42,432 per year. The posting also lists an hourly pay range of $16.00–$20.40.

What you will do

• Load and unload raw materials, finished mail trays, pallets, and freight shipments.
• Move and stage paper stock and finished goods to support printing presses and finishing equipment.
• Verify shipping documentation, enter receipts into PWMS, label goods, and complete monthly inventory audits.
• Set up and adjust slitter machine blades, guides, and counters according to job ticket specifications.
• Load master print rolls using roll clamps and monitor slitting quality with calipers or rulers.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintain clean, organized, hazard-free work areas.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of forklift operating experience, preferably in direct mail or high-volume manufacturing.
• Forklift certification is not required; training and certification are available.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to read shipping and receiving documents and match material codes to print runs.
• Basic inventory software familiarity is helpful but not required.
