Vice President, Information Security - Identity, Governance, and Cyber Risk (Cybersecurity)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $251,900–$314,900 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise strategy for identity security, data protection, privileged access, cyber governance, and risk management.
• Modernize identity and access capabilities, including identity governance, privileged access management, machine identity, cloud entitlements, authentication, and access lifecycle controls.
• Develop data protection capabilities covering classification, data loss prevention, encryption, data security posture management, insider risk, and data-centric zero trust.
• Strengthen cyber governance, risk, controls, metrics, operating models, and investment decisions.
• Partner with Cyber Defense, Infrastructure, Application Development, Data & AI, and Enterprise Architecture to improve prevention, detection, response, recovery, and resilience.
• Build and lead high-performing global teams across four hub regions, including succession planning and scalable operating models.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive cybersecurity leadership experience, including enterprise-scale ownership of identity, data protection, privileged access, governance, risk, and compliance programs.
• Executive-level experience influencing decisions across technology, digital, legal, risk, and business functions.
• Experience implementing Zero Trust architectures across cloud, on-premises, application, and data environments.
• Strong understanding of Cyber Defense operations and the impact of identity and data protection controls on prevention, detection, response, and recovery.
• Experience with NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, SOX, or similar regulatory and control frameworks, as well as modern GRC and holistic risk management programs.
• Experience using AI models for automation and resiliency and building global information security teams.
