Manager - IAM Engineering and Integration (Cybersecurity)

Location: Arlington, Texas, United States; hybrid schedule with two days onsite per week

What you will do

• Lead the design, engineering, integration, and lifecycle management of enterprise IAM platforms across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Manage Active Directory architecture, directory hygiene, group and service account governance, monitoring, remediation, and incident escalation.
• Own SailPoint Joiner-Mover-Leaver automation, role-based access control, entitlement modeling, access requests, and access certifications.
• Lead CyberArk privileged access management and oversee Okta SSO, MFA, federation, directory synchronization, and API authentication.
• Manage enterprise PKI services, including certificate issuance, automation, renewal, governance, and compliance.
• Lead IAM engineers, analysts, managed service partner resources, vendors, audits, risk remediation, and cross-functional delivery.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or a related field at a medium-to-large company.
• 3–5 years of experience in an IT leadership role is preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Active Directory/Azure AD, SailPoint IdentityIQ and ISC, Okta, CyberArk, PKI, certificate services, and modern authentication standards.
• Experience architecting secure, scalable IAM solutions and applying Zero Trust, least-privilege, identity governance, and security-by-design principles.
• Experience leading technical teams, planning roadmaps and resources, managing vendors, and coordinating with security, infrastructure, application, and audit stakeholders.
• High school diploma or equivalent and a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience are required.
