Digital Identity Associate Director (IAM)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Orlando, or Philadelphia, with work in local offices and on client sites. Local or out-of-state travel may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Base salary: $155,000–$264,000 annually. Target bonus: 16%. Estimated total cash: $179,800–$306,240 annually.

What you will do

• Lead digital identity consulting engagements and oversee successful delivery of project work plans.
• Develop IAM and PAM strategies, assessments, roadmaps, and technology solutions for strategic clients.
• Manage client relationships, advise senior and C-level executives, and translate technical risks into business value.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and build lasting client and professional relationships.
• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop cross-functional consulting teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership, training, and the improvement of client service capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as MIS or Computer Science.
• 9+ years of experience in identity and access management within professional services, consulting, or a large organization.
• Experience with IAM and PAM advisory programs, identity governance and administration, access lifecycle management, and role-based access control.
• Experience designing or implementing IGA and access management technologies, including SailPoint, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, or Delinea.
• Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, and cross-team coordination.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra AD, LDAP or virtual directories, software development lifecycle, change management, and release management.

Nice to have

• Identity vendor certification or a similar professional certification.
• Professional services, consulting, or Fortune 500 experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Access.
