TL;DR
Physical Security Analyst - Lead (Physical Security): Monitoring and coordinating global physical security operations, including surveillance, access control, alarms, emergency response, and travel-risk monitoring with an accent on threat identification, compliance reporting, and incident coordination. Focus on investigating security concerns, managing access-control and video platforms, activating emergency communications, and supporting crisis response and business resilience.

Location: 100% onsite at the Cincinnati, Ohio offices; schedule is 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. EST

What you will do

  • Monitor and coordinate global physical security operations, including surveillance systems, access control platforms, alarms, emergency response, and travel-risk monitoring.
  • Identify threats, mitigate risks, and help protect employees, clients, guests, and facilities.
  • Maintain audit documentation, access records, visitor logs, badge activity, alarm reports, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Support crisis management and business resilience by activating emergency notifications, coordinating incident communications, and escalating issues.
  • Conduct security investigations using access-control data, video surveillance, device activity, and tracking systems.
  • Administer badges, oversee access-control and video-management platforms, coordinate with vendors, support installations and troubleshooting, and scan external devices for malware.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of relevant experience, with prior public safety or corporate security experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Knowledge of multiple operating systems, Microsoft Windows, and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Must work 100% onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, and be legally authorized to work full time for any employer in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.
