Program Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, near Albuquerque, NM; onsite role

What you will do

• Lead overall program execution in alignment with contract objectives, scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage personnel, subcontractors, materials, resources, and delivery milestones.
• Develop and oversee the Integrated Master Schedule and Gantt charts to track progress and dependencies.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against technical, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Act as the primary interface with government stakeholders through status updates, risk assessments, and performance reports.
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, continuous improvement, and compliance across the program.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• PMP certification or DAWIA Program Management Level III, or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience leading DoD programs with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.
• Experience supporting Space Systems Command or space ground systems programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and multi-contractor program management skills.
