Program Manager - CPMT (DoD)

Location: On-site in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States; approximately 25% travel required.

What you will do

• Lead assigned programs through engineering and manufacturing development, integration and test, production, and sustainment.
• Own technical, cost, schedule, quality, scope, and contractual performance.
• Develop and execute integrated Program Management Plans, schedules, risk registers, mitigation strategies, and recovery plans.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, Estimates at Completion, Annual Operating Plan commitments, Profit & Loss, and Earned Value Management metrics.
• Lead Integrated Product Teams and coordinate execution across engineering, operations, contracts, finance, supply chain, quality, and manufacturing.
• Conduct program, financial, customer, executive, and gate reviews while supporting contract growth, Engineering Change Proposals, proposals, and follow-on opportunities.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• An active and transferable U.S. government security clearance is required before the start date.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in program management and team leadership covering cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and Profit & Loss management.
• Knowledge of the U.S. DoD acquisition process and organizations, including EMD, integration and test, production, and sustainment.
• A STEM degree is typically required.

Nice to have

• Experience managing U.S. Government prime contracts and classified DoD programs.
• Experience with hardware, software, or integrated systems development, production, sustainment, or modernization programs.
• Program Management certification such as PMP, DAWIA, or equivalent.
• Experience with NC3, STRATCOM, E-4B, E-6B, or related strategic mission systems.
