Program Manager (RF/Defense)

Location: Huntsville, Alabama, United States. U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

What you will do

• Direct and manage complex DoD programs from inception through completion.
• Own cost, schedule, technical performance, milestones, risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate proposal development, including pricing, subcontracting, technical approach, schedules, RFIs, and RFQ/RFP responses.
• Develop rough orders of magnitude with technical staff to support customer funding requests.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and lead program reviews covering contracting, cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Coordinate technical, manufacturing, and administrative resources while managing concurrent efforts and deconflicting shared resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 10+ years of project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in program management, preferably in DoD acquisition efforts covering R&D and EMD phases.
• Experience managing vendors or subcontractors and coordinating multi-discipline teams.
• Strong business acumen and excellent written and verbal stakeholder communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and scheduling tools such as Project, Confluence, Teams, and JIRA.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance are required.
