Senior Analyst GBS - RGM - GWA (Revenue Growth Management)

What you will do

• Provide financial analysis for strategic pricing, promotions, and price-pack architecture across assigned product categories.
• Build P&Ls for pricing scenarios and assess profit pools, pack-price architecture, and price and promotion performance.
• Support new product commercialization by informing pricing and promotional strategies and evaluating PPA opportunities.
• Develop pricing, promotional, and PPA initiatives aligned with one-year and three-year brand plans.
• Support trade forecasting and ad-hoc pricing projects while collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Coordinate loading of List Price files into SAP during national price announcements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or Accounting is preferred.
• At least two years of experience in Revenue Management, Marketing, Corporate Finance, or Consulting is preferred.
• Strong financial, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage large datasets in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners.
• CPG experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with syndicated data such as IRI, Nielsen, or other retail-driven data.
