What you will do
- Lead OPEX planning, forecasting, and performance steering for NASC operations in line with regional and corporate targets.
- Coordinate performance reviews with stakeholders and cost center owners, promoting cost discipline and continuous improvement.
- Prepare financial reporting and analysis on cost performance, efficiency, and optimization opportunities.
- Manage and analyze NASC cash flow to ensure sufficient resources for daily operations.
- Standardize, harmonize, and document finance and controlling processes to support governance, scalability, and audit readiness.
- Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, Operations, HQ, and regional teams on cost structures and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in finance-related positions; OPEX and accounting experience is advantageous.
- Business English required.
- Basic knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attention to accuracy and quality.
Nice to have
- Advanced Excel skills, including macros and pivot tables.
- Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools.
