Senior Accounting Analyst - Financial Close & Reporting

What you will do

• Support monthly closing processes and ensure accurate, timely delivery.
• Record debit and credit journal entries in internal accounting systems.
• Upload, validate, and reconcile financial data within client systems.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheet accounts, and P&L accounts.
• Support intercompany reconciliations and accounting entries.
• Collaborate with controllership, finance, business, and international offshore teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in accounting entries, month-end closing, and financial or accounting analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; macro experience is desirable.
• Experience with financial systems such as PEARL, P2P, APSS, or banking accounting systems.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, regulatory frameworks, financial statement analysis, and cash flow.
• Intermediate English required for active communication with offshore teams.
