Financial Analyst

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Lead functional project teams and contribute to cross-functional finance initiatives.
• Perform complex financial analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with business leaders to support strategic decision-making across a broad scope.
• Drive process improvements, policy development, and implementation of business initiatives.
• Oversee analysts across multiple finance sub-functions and represent the business in cross-regional planning.
• Build internal and external relationships while mentoring and guiding lower-level employees.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience with inventory and cycle count management, cost accounting, and product costing.
• Knowledge of accounting, auditing, corporate finance, financial statements, internal controls, KPIs, and P&L management.
• Experience with SAP applications, automation, data analysis, and process improvement.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
