sTIM Extrusion/Mill Operator (Overnight 12-Hour Shifts)

What you will do

• Operate extrusion, milling, assembly, packaging, and other production equipment according to standard work instructions.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Inspect products against quality requirements and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance, report operational or safety concerns, and support daily production and efficiency goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, safety awareness, and quality focus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40 pounds, perform repetitive hand and arm movements, and work in environments with noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Nice to have

• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
• Continuous improvement experience or interest in supporting process enhancements.
