Extrusion Operator - Night Shift, 6:45PM-7AM, 3-1-3

Location: Onsite at the Painesville Building 3E or Concord Building 18 facility in Ohio, USA. Regular night shift is 6:45 p.m.–7:00 a.m.; new hires must train on day shift from 6:45 a.m.–7:00 p.m. for at least the first 90 days.

What you will do

• Operate and maintain processing and material-handling equipment used in film extrusion.
• Set up machines requiring precise control of multiple variables, load raw materials, manage controls, and unload finished products.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, gauges, valves, flow ratios, and other process controls against production specifications.
• Perform routine product tests, maintain production records, and verify quality using standard measuring devices.
• Identify equipment malfunctions and adjust setups and processes for changing production requirements.
• Support process improvements that increase quality and reduce waste or rework.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, or at least three years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to obtain any licenses required for the position within the specified timeframe.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• Safety-focused, flexible, dependable, and able to work effectively in a team-based environment.
• Ability to address production issues, identify root causes, and communicate solutions clearly.
• Availability to work overtime, including short-notice requests, and to train on day shift for at least 90 days.
