What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end supply and inventory planning for a product group within the Ultrasound business.
  • Coordinate early supply chain setup and product launch activities.
  • Represent Supply Chain Planning in project teams and integrate demand, supply, and capacity plans into standard processes.
  • Maintain planning and manufacturing data integrity across ERP and master data management systems.
  • Conduct detailed analysis for IBP, S&OP, issue resolution, decision-making, and execution oversight.
  • Identify supply risks and service disruptions, develop scenarios for leadership, and implement planning process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, finance, and/or marketing.
  • Experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, materials management, procurement, or new product introductions.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proven ability to use data and analytics to influence decisions.
  • Experience with MRP, APS, and/or ERP systems.
  • Position based in Irvine, California, United States of America; may require 5% travel.

Nice to have

  • Medical device industry experience, scenario planning, and knowledge of planning parameters, data integrity, and S&OP integration.
  • Experience with Manugistics, JDE, SAP, Microsoft Access, or SQL.
  • Six Sigma, LEAN Green Belt, or APICS certification.
  • Master’s degree or MBA.
