What you will do
- Lead end-to-end supply and inventory planning for a product group within the Ultrasound business.
- Coordinate early supply chain setup and product launch activities.
- Represent Supply Chain Planning in project teams and integrate demand, supply, and capacity plans into standard processes.
- Maintain planning and manufacturing data integrity across ERP and master data management systems.
- Conduct detailed analysis for IBP, S&OP, issue resolution, decision-making, and execution oversight.
- Identify supply risks and service disruptions, develop scenarios for leadership, and implement planning process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, operations, finance, and/or marketing.
- Experience in demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, materials management, procurement, or new product introductions.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and proven ability to use data and analytics to influence decisions.
- Experience with MRP, APS, and/or ERP systems.
- Position based in Irvine, California, United States of America; may require 5% travel.
Nice to have
- Medical device industry experience, scenario planning, and knowledge of planning parameters, data integrity, and S&OP integration.
- Experience with Manugistics, JDE, SAP, Microsoft Access, or SQL.
- Six Sigma, LEAN Green Belt, or APICS certification.
- Master’s degree or MBA.
