What you will do

• Build and lead an executive-level Integrated Business Planning process connecting commercial demand with operational capacity.
• Coordinate fact-based planning decisions across Sales, Marketing, Finance, R&D, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
• Lead ERP/MRP implementation, parameter governance, system optimization, automation, reporting standardization, and advanced analytics across a global multi-plant network.
• Improve forecast accuracy, reduce demand volatility, maintain service levels, and drive global backorders toward near-zero.
• Ensure new product introduction readiness while protecting continuity of the existing business and supporting margin and revenue realization.
• Build global planning capabilities, establish KPI discipline, and lead through influence in a complex international organization.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment; medical device experience is strongly preferred.
• Proven leadership of ERP/MRP implementations, preferably with SAP, Oracle, or an equivalent platform, in multi-site environments.
• Deep knowledge of MRP logic, capacity modeling, inventory optimization, and planning master data.
• Demonstrated success leading S&OP or IBP in high-growth environments, with strong financial acumen and executive presence.
• Strong Excel and analytical reporting skills, including Power BI and the Microsoft suite.
• Ability to lead without direct authority, manage multiple priorities, work under high expectations, and travel as required.

Nice to have

• APICS, CSCP, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Database management experience.
