Sr Demand Planner (MRP)

Location: Houston, TX (TAS-Cullen HQ); full-time, primarily on-site

What you will do

• Manage and govern demand integrity within the ERP system across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Analyze MRP outputs, demand trends, inventory risks, lead times, material constraints, and procurement alignment.
• Identify and correct duplicate demand, incorrect pegging, timing errors, false urgency, and other demand distortions.
• Develop, automate, maintain, and govern standardized enterprise-wide MRP and demand integrity reports.
• Support SOP development, planning standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Planning, Scheduling, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehousing, and Project Management teams, while mentoring planners and serving as an ERP planning subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in demand, material, or production planning within a multi-site manufacturing environment.
• Advanced experience with demand planning, MRP, CRP, Lean or other waste-elimination processes, and ISO 9000 or a structured quality management system.
• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems, preferably Infor LN, MRP logic, demand planning analytics, and data automation.
• Demonstrated ability to govern enterprise demand signals, improve MRP accuracy, manage schedule risk, and address material constraints.
• Four-year technical degree, six years of equivalent work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
