Location: Lynnwood, Washington, United States; standard office and manufacturing environment with occasional domestic and international travel of up to 10%. Where controlled data or information access is required, only US Persons will be considered under ITAR requirements.
Salary: $150,800–$177,400 per year, with some roles potentially eligible for performance-based bonuses.

What you will do
- Research, plan, design, and develop aerospace and electronics products of complex technical scope.
- Define and decompose product and process requirements for product development, sustaining, and R&D activities.
- Generate 3D models, conduct engineering analyses, perform design experiments, and evaluate test results.
- Build performance, quality, reliability, cost, and manufacturability into product designs while following company and regulatory requirements.
- Identify root causes and corrective actions for technical challenges using structured problem-solving methods.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, quality, and business disciplines within Integrated Product Teams; mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
- BA or BS degree in an engineering discipline; a master’s degree or PhD is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanics of materials, shock, vibration, heat transfer, and dimensional tolerance analysis.
- Knowledge of electronics packaging.
- Proficiency with mechanical 3D modeling software such as Autodesk Inventor and familiarity with numerical analysis software.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills for technical reports, presentations, analyses, and other communications.
