sTIM Extrusion/Mill Operator (Day 12-Hour Shifts)

Location: United States; nearest major market: Chicago. Onsite manufacturing role requiring extended standing, lifting up to 40 pounds, repetitive hand and arm movements, and work in noise, dust, and varying temperatures.

Salary: $44,000–$52,000 annually, plus a 10% shift differential.

What you will do

• Operate production equipment according to standard work instructions and perform extrusion, milling, assembly, packaging, and related manufacturing tasks.
• Load and unload materials, components, and finished products.
• Inspect products against quality requirements and specifications.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and basic setup activities.
• Monitor equipment performance, report operational, quality, and safety concerns, and support production and efficiency goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of manufacturing, production, or related experience.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.
• Basic mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability, and safety awareness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

• Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
