Location: Hybrid role with three days per week in the office in Burlington, Renton, Spokane, Vancouver, Portland, Medford, Salt Lake City, Boise, Lewiston, or Fargo. Candidates must live within commuting distance or be willing to relocate.
Salary: $92,700–$125,400 expected annual hiring range for Program Manager roles in Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho; other level- and location-specific ranges apply.

What you will do
- Represent Pharmacy Services in Medicare business relationships and partner with the Pharmacy Leadership Team.
- Establish and lead pharmacy programs, governance meetings, and workstreams for Medicare Advantage and Medicare Part D offerings.
- Manage a portfolio of pharmacy products, projects, and initiatives supporting Government Programs and pharmacy benefit management activities.
- Plan scopes, deliverables, resources, budgets, timelines, risks, and opportunities across multiple initiatives.
- Develop reporting systems, key performance indicators, program documents, and assessment protocols.
- Educate stakeholders, communicate status and value-generation strategies, and recommend program and process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years of project or program management experience in health care, health insurance operations, or another large, complex industry.
- Analytical and critical-thinking skills, including the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations and action plans.
- Experience managing high-profile projects, reporting delivery barriers, defining processes, and developing metrics.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functionally, build consensus, resolve issues, and work with internal and external partners.
- Familiarity with health plan and clinical terminology, operations, and trends.
Nice to have
- Clinical-area experience.
- Experience using AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Master’s degree in a related field.
