Program Manager IV (Gold Card Program)

Location: Remote-MO

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives supporting Gold Card program implementation, operations, process improvement, and organizational realignment.
• Oversee program scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, resources, governance, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, Analytics, Configuration, and Regulatory workstreams.
• Maintain centralized program data, documentation, regulatory artifacts, processes, templates, and tracking mechanisms.
• Develop executive dashboards, status reports, risk assessments, and steering committee materials covering program health, milestones, risks, and outcomes.
• Support audits, reassessment cycles, training development, and resolution of program risks and escalated issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required.
• Experience leading functional teams and managing large-scale cross-functional projects, or supervisory experience including hiring, training, work assignment, and performance management.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Ability to communicate operational impacts, regulatory considerations, risks, and proposed solutions to senior leaders.
• Remote-MO location requirement.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
