Program Delivery Consultant (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide in the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $86,300–$118,700 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Track progress, status, milestones, and long-term opportunities for high-priority product initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document, redesign, and optimize processes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
• Create program management content and executive-level communications, including PowerPoint presentations.
• Support business case, KPI, and SLA development across strategic projects.
• Partner with Compliance to understand issues and recommend changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic credentials.
• 2–4+ years of full-time experience in consulting, corporate or business-unit strategy, or program/project management.
• At least 1 year of experience with payer organizations.
• At least 2 years of experience with large-scale projects or process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving ability and experience performing complex quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• MBA, MHA, MPH, and/or PMP.
• Managed care or healthcare services experience.
