Program Manager, Strategic Operations

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL, United States

Salary: $104,000–$201,300 annually, varying by work location, knowledge, position level, and experience.

What you will do

• Define program vision, scope, success criteria, KPIs, and delivery plans with program sponsors.
• Establish governance cadences, facilitate decisions, and drive accountability across stakeholders.
• Coordinate roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, resources, and delivery issue resolution.
• Provide integrated reporting on delivery, quality, adoption, risks, and program outcomes.
• Apply AI to improve prioritization, planning, execution, and adoption.
• Monitor benefits, lead closeout activities, document lessons learned, and mentor newer program and project managers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program and/or project management.
• Demonstrated ownership of moderately complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience with governance, risk management, stakeholder communication, and business outcome delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work in or be based at the Fort Lauderdale, Florida location.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience tracking business outcomes and program benefits.
• Experience informally mentoring or onboarding peers.
