Digital Program Manager (Healthcare)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Coordinate implementation and execution of digital products by tracking activities, milestones, risks, and delivery progress.
• Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects.
• Partner with clients on requirements gathering, onboarding, data collection, and implementation activities.
• Support data validation, reporting, analysis, documentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations to resolve issues and improve outcomes.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend workflow, tooling, and client experience improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in healthcare, operations, client success, project management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in operations, project management, client success, consulting, healthcare, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience coordinating projects, cross-functional initiatives, or client implementations.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn technical concepts quickly, and work effectively with technical, operational, and client stakeholders.
• Employment sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, health plans, provider organizations, or healthcare technology.
• Exposure to risk adjustment, quality programs, payment integrity, medical record retrieval, or related healthcare operations.
• Experience with SaaS, digital health, interoperability, or data-driven products.
• Experience with Sigma, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting and analytics platforms.
• Experience with process improvement, client onboarding, or customer success programs.
