Non-Tech Program Manager (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support and coordinate new business readiness initiatives across the APAC region as part of the Global TKM New Business Readiness Team.
• Coordinate project execution with Spare Parts Business, Field Service, Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, and Operations.
• Manage multiple project priorities, facilitate meetings, track milestones, and provide status updates.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, action items, and project records.
• Identify issues with stakeholders and coordinate activities to support project goals and timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or leadership experience in project management, business operations, supply chain, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, operations, or business processes is advantageous.
