Staff Project/Program Management Specialist (Foundry Process Technology)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; onsite, with remote work unavailable

What you will do

• Lead multi-site global project teams enabling front-end wafer process technologies at external and internal foundries.
• Own project plans for new technology enablement and serve as the primary contact for internal teams.
• Drive project contributors and partners to achieve milestones and customer commitments.
• Track actions and deliverables from foundries and other vendors.
• Identify program risks, define mitigation actions, and report progress to stakeholders and external customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or a related technical field.
• Prior project management experience or training such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in a foundry or fab.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence without authority.
• Fluency in English, Japanese, and Mandarin is required.

Nice to have

• Experience as a process integration engineer in semiconductor HVM or R&D.
• Hands-on experience with process development, technology transfer, and yield ramp.
• Knowledge of unit processes such as lithography, etching, cleaning, and CMP.
• Familiarity with GaN technologies, process flows, and tools.
