Supply Chain Program Manager (AI)

Location: Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan Region

Global technology company developing computing products, including AI-enabled systems for retail and edge applications.

What you will do

• Represent supply chain functions in New Product Introduction (NPI) product development teams.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities across product development phases to meet launch dates.
• Coordinate with supply chain teams, ODM partners, and contract manufacturers to support predictable launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering program milestones and meeting customer and business requirements.
• Develop schedules, budgets, resource plans, and launch plans while tracking progress and mitigating risks.
• Evaluate board design options to mitigate tariff impacts and optimize supply chain models for Edge AI products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business management, supply chain, or an equivalent field.
• 6–10 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience managing programs, communicating with stakeholders, and directing matrixed teams.
• Proficiency with project and program planning tools and software, including project management methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, business acumen, technical, communication, and project management skills.
• Fluency in English and the local language is required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PMI certification.
