Senior Manager Program Management (Ecommerce)

E-commerce business providing next-day delivery in Taiwan and international delivery for products from Korea, the U.S., and other markets.

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end product onboarding process for the Jiku international products line of business in Taiwan.
• Ensure catalog quality across images, content, titles, and translations.
• Manage service-level agreements and operational metrics.
• Coordinate with business, product, catalog, and compliance stakeholders.
• Oversee AI-assisted translation quality and prevent escalations.
• Identify onboarding problems and resolve them proactively.

Requirements

• Experience in people leadership and team management.
• Strong operational process management skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of catalog onboarding, including content, images, titles, and translation workflows.
• Ability to manage and collaborate with technology and product teams without requiring deep technical expertise.

Nice to have

• Experience with international product onboarding.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements for international and cross-border products.
• Experience managing AI-assisted workflows or translation quality.
