Early Career Talent Development (ECTD) Program Manager – Asia Pacific

What you will do

• Lead the Early Career Talent Development program across Asia Pacific, covering onboarding, development, rotations, and retention.
• Align regional early-career strategy with business, site, functional, and workforce needs.
• Manage the LEAP rotational program, including rotation planning, participant movement, evaluations, and development recommendations.
• Build talent pipelines through university partnerships, career fairs, conferences, internships, co-ops, and entry-level opportunities.
• Advise participants on career development, monitor engagement and performance, and support retention and transitions.
• Track recruiting, onboarding, development, diversity, retention, and program-performance metrics through dashboards and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management.
• Experience in operations functions such as manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.
• Strong project management, communication, stakeholder management, influence, and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate across Asia Pacific markets and multi-site, multi-country manufacturing or integrated operations environments.

Nice to have

• Prior program management experience.
• Experience running cross-regional governance forums such as a Steering Committee.
