Head of Operations Program Management (Electronic Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead critical global manufacturing programs, maintaining timelines, scope, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive hands-on execution of special assignments across overseas manufacturing partners.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks and supply-chain risks across sourcing and fulfillment.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycles and cross-functional deliverables.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable manufacturing plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of comprehensive experience in the electronic manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing daily operations, including supply-chain planning, strategic sourcing, and procurement.
• Ability to combine high-level program management with tactical execution of complex manufacturing projects.
• Fluent English and the ability to explain complex technical and operational concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Nice to have

• Experience at a major branding company, top-tier EMS provider, or manufacturing services provider.
• Direct experience with overseas operations and global fulfillment.
• Experience with international logistics, cross-border compliance, and multi-region vendor management.
• Advanced negotiation and relationship-building skills.
