What you will do

• Lead critical global manufacturing projects ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality.
• Drive execution of special assignments and coordinate resources across overseas partners.
• Resolve complex operational bottlenecks and supply chain risks to guarantee seamless fulfillment.
• Manage end-to-end program lifecycles, controlling budget, schedule, and deliverables.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable manufacturing plans for high-stakes initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the Electronic Manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end daily operations including supply chain planning, sourcing, and procurement.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Fluent in English with strong articulation of technical and operational concepts.
• Ability to navigate international logistics, cross-border compliance, and multi-region vendor management.
