Program Manager I

What you will do

• Track release schedules, milestones, deliverables, open items, and sign-offs across R&D and Product Verification teams.
• Maintain release calendars, checklists, status dashboards, release notes, and sign-off records.
• Administer release tracking tools and templates, identify process gaps, and flag missed deadlines.
• Communicate release status, risks, and blockers to stakeholders across Taiwan, the United States, and Brazil.
• Attend English-language staff meetings, prepare accurate minutes, distribute decisions and action items, and follow up with owners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent spoken and written English for following fast-paced discussions and preparing clear meeting minutes.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to learn and use Jira, spreadsheets, and collaboration or tracking tools.
• Work closely with R&D, Product Verification, release management, and senior management stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with administrative coordination, project tracking, or documentation.
• Previous exposure to Jira or similar tools.
• Experience in a cross-cultural or international team.
• Basic Linux experience.
