Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

What you will do

• Inspect vehicles and assess accident-related damage.
• Write repair estimates and negotiate equitable settlements.
• Review insurance contracts and consult with involved parties.
• Coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
• Manage rental cars and resolve customer concerns.
• Support customer satisfaction through clear, empathetic interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, and multitasking skills.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize across multiple platforms.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-facing or high-volume call-center experience and an active adjuster’s license are preferred.

• Experience working with KPIs and measurable goals in a high-volume call center.

Hiring process

• Paid training includes three weeks of hands-on experience at the Ashburn, Virginia facility and two weeks at a field training center in New York, Texas, or California.
