Field Operations Coordinator (Automotive)

Location: San Francisco, CA; ideal candidate resides in or near San Francisco/San Jose, CA. Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. PST; work includes field inspections and various weather conditions.

Compensation: $28.00-$32.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and other relevant factors.

What you will do

• Conduct engine, transmission, interior, and exterior vehicle assessments using hirify.global's mobile application.
• Document vehicle damage and other inspection concerns accurately and comprehensively.
• Coordinate with dealerships and ensure compliance with hirify.global inspection standards and guidelines.
• Submit detailed inspection reports through the designated electronic platform.
• Distribute flyers and promotional materials to buying dealers as part of marketing support.
• Collaborate with the Regional Operations Manager, sales team, operations team, and dealerships.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of automotive experience as a vehicle mechanic or equivalent mechanical experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• Proficiency with technology and electronic submission of inspection reports.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
