RN Clinical Manager - Hospice

Location: Lowell, Massachusetts, United States; full-time, 40 hours per week

Salary: $111,175.79–$141,756.53 per year

What you will do

• Lead an interdisciplinary hospice team and collaborate with the Medical Director to deliver quality, compassionate patient care.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings, maintain continuity of care, and ensure timely handling of patient status changes.
• Manage team performance, productivity, capacity, caseloads, scheduling, overflow visits, and weekend planning.
• Conduct chart audits, address deficiencies, and ensure compliance with hospice regulations and organizational policies.
• Hire, onboard, coach, evaluate, and develop hospice staff while addressing performance issues.
• Support referral relationships, documentation for payment, organizational goals, grant activities, and on-call clinical administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Two years of hospice experience or one year of management experience.
• Ability to build teams and apply advanced planning, organization, supervision, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a busy clerical office setting, remain stationary for extended periods, operate standard office equipment, and occasionally lift 10–25 pounds.
