Clinical RN Supervisor (Oncology)

Location: Plano, Texas, United States. Full-time onsite schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; no weekends, call, or major holidays.

What you will do

• Oversee clinical operations for nursing support activities.
• Ensure adequate staffing and nursing coverage for assigned clinics and satellites.
• Maintain operating costs within budget and align clinical operations with organizational objectives.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and quality assurance measures.
• Coordinate nursing staff training, in-service education, and development programs.
• Mentor nurses, provide day-to-day guidance, and assist with annual performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN or MSN preferred.
• Current RN license and registration with the State Board of Nursing in the practicing state.
• At least five years of active registered nursing experience, including three years in oncology.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to perform patient-care duties involving extended standing and walking, patient handling and lifting, and occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds.

• Current or pending oncology certification.
