Area Nurse - CCRCs (Long-Term Care)

Location: Chicago, Illinois, USA; travel between facilities, often up to 90% of the time, is required for on-site visits and support.

Pay rate: $100,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide clinical leadership, oversight, and operational support to multiple continuing care retirement communities.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, audit medical services, and implement quality improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and hirify.global clinical guidelines.
• Train resident care staff, administer competency checklists, and conduct medication aide observations and annual reviews.
• Develop and update regional clinical policies and procedures.
• Support nursing staff recruitment and retention, respond to emergencies, and maintain communication with Health and Wellness Directors.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license with no judgments.
• 3–5 years of experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or clinical management.
• Current CPR certification.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, confidentiality, and the ability to maintain a safe professional environment.
