Strategy & Corporate Development Manager (Fintech)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; hybrid and flexible working available.

What you will do

• Help develop hirify.global's corporate strategy and corporate development agenda.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
• Lead strategic analyses, business cases, and executive recommendations on growth, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Partner with senior leaders across sales, delivery, service operations, technology, finance, and other corporate functions.
• Prepare Board and Executive Leadership materials and support executive-level decision-making.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in top-tier management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, private equity, or a comparable strategic role.
• Strong understanding of banking, fintech, B2B software, or technology-enabled business models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including financial modelling and business case development.
• Ability to structure complex topics into clear recommendations and drive decisions with senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required.
