Epic Consultant (Healthcare)

hirify.global provides Epic consulting and healthcare technology services to organizations throughout Europe through offices in Amsterdam, Dublin, London, and Lucerne.

What you will do

• Advise client teams and leadership on Epic applications and project delivery.
• Identify risks and issues, communicate their impact, and maintain stakeholder confidence.
• Present technical concepts through workflow demonstrations, diagrams, documentation, and training materials.
• Manage project timelines, competing priorities, and client-specific deliverables.
• Mentor client teams in project execution and Epic system build while developing long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to internal documentation, team onboarding, service-line development, and company initiatives.

Requirements

• Certification in at least one Epic software application; multiple certifications are preferred.
• 3+ years of experience implementing or maintaining Epic software applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent English required; the ability to work with diverse healthcare groups and adapt to different healthcare processes, requirements, and regulations.
• Ability to travel up to 50% on domestic and international trips.

Nice to have

• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Experience working with Epic clients outside the United States.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
