Sr. Enterprise Client Solutions Consultant (Investment Management)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and must be able to begin work in the U.S. on the first day.

Salary: $90,000–$112,000 annual base salary, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Onboard new clients to the hirify.global platform and lead solution design and implementation execution.
• Act as an implementation architect for large and complex client projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional teams to deliver projects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing work and managing delivery through completion.
• Improve implementation processes and standard methodologies as the platform expands.
• Engage with clients proactively and consultatively to understand needs and drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in finance, technology, and/or consulting.
• Experience researching, designing, and implementing solutions for complex problems.
• Solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience programming in Python.
• Project management experience.
