Consulting Project Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Zurich, Switzerland (at least 3 days in office required)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects, such as card portfolio migrations and processor implementations.
• Drive business analysis activities, including requirements engineering, process mapping, gap analysis, and solution documentation.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating objectives into clear requirements and delivery plans.
• Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor, managing expectations and executive communications.
• Identify engagement opportunities to support account growth and contribute to proposal development and pricing.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams in a matrix environment to foster a delivery-focused culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical project management, consulting, or digital product management within payments or fintech sectors.
• Knowledge of the payments ecosystem, including card issuing, acquiring, and digital payments.
• Experience managing software implementation projects with an understanding of API-based integrations and solution architecture.
• Proficiency in business analysis, requirements engineering, and solution design.
• Fluency in German and English, both verbal and written, is a must.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Zurich office at least 3 days per week.
