What you will do

• Advise client teams and leadership on applications, projects, and digital health software systems.
• Identify project risks and issues, communicate their impact, and manage timelines and competing priorities.
• Present technical concepts through workflow demonstrations, diagrams, documentation, and training resources.
• Analyze and document operational workflows and support client project teams through mentoring.
• Partner with internal Client Services and Talent teams to develop service lines and fulfill client needs.
• Contribute to internal documentation, onboarding, consulting methodologies, process improvements, and corporate initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in digital health.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience in project management and understanding of project and program management practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work credibly with mid- to senior-level stakeholders.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English required; travel of up to 50%, including domestic and international trips.
