Nordic Europe Consultant - CH (Epic)

hirify.global provides consulting support for healthcare clients implementing, improving, and maintaining Epic software systems.

What you will do

• Advise client teams and leadership on Epic applications and project delivery.
• Identify and communicate project risks and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Present technical concepts through workflow demonstrations, diagrams, and documentation.
• Manage timelines, competing priorities, and project-specific deliverables.
• Analyze and document workflows, technical requirements, training materials, and other resources.
• Mentor client project teams, support internal initiatives, and develop consulting methodologies and team knowledge.

Requirements

• Certification in at least one Epic software application; multiple certifications are preferred.
• Multiple years of experience implementing or maintaining Epic software applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with project and program management leading practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, adaptability, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluency in English required; ability to travel up to 50%, including domestic and international trips.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Epic clients outside the United States.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
