What you will do

• Advise client teams and leadership on Epic applications and project delivery.
• Identify, assess, and communicate project risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Present technical concepts through workflow demonstrations, diagrams, and documentation.
• Manage timelines, competing priorities, and client-specific project activities.
• Analyse and document workflows, technical materials, training resources, and system requirements.
• Mentor client project teams and contribute to internal consulting methods, documentation, onboarding, and service development.

Requirements

• Certification in at least one Epic software application is required; multiple certifications are preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience implementing or maintaining Epic software applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse healthcare groups across different processes, requirements, and regulations.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Epic clients outside the USA.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Proficiency in additional languages.
