Offshore LTP Project Manager (f/m/d) – Gas Turbine Projects

What you will do

• Own the execution of assigned Gas Turbine Long-Term Program projects across the Asia Pacific region.
• Manage delivery against project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Build customer relationships through transparent communication and proactive problem solving.
• Manage costs, invoicing, cash flow, risks, opportunities, claims, and change-order potential.
• Coordinate Engineering, Field Service, Procurement, Finance, Sales, and Onshore Project Management.
• Identify risks and issues, drive mitigation actions, and improve project management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Significant professional project management experience, ideally in gas turbine services or Long-Term Program execution.
• Strong technical and commercial understanding of project execution in the power generation industry.
• Experience managing customer interfaces and cross-functional teams in an international business environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and judgment skills.
• Business proficiency in both German and English; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification such as IPMA, PMI, or comparable.
