What you will do

• Lead important Group projects and an international project team.
• Analyze complex energy-sector and company-specific issues and develop strategic and operational solutions.
• Work with the consulting management team and customer project leaders to drive delivery, maintain content quality, and achieve key milestones.
• Lead and develop team members through feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
• Structure presentations and present results to hirify.global senior management and directors.
• Contribute to internal activities including marketing, recruiting, and training.

Requirements

• Top-grade master's degree; additional qualifications such as a doctorate or MBA are welcome.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience at a leading top management consulting firm.
• Strong analytical, process, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent German and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, creative and innovative thinking, strong communication, and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
