Technology Project Manager (m/f/d) (Wind Energy)

Location: Hybrid with less than 50% remote work, based in Aurich, Aurich-Tannenhausen, or Bremen, Germany, or Barneveld, Netherlands.

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects for wind energy systems.
• Guide projects through planning, concept development, validation, and handover for product integration.
• Work with cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals and technology readiness.
• Monitor project progress, identify challenges early, and initiate countermeasures.
• Ensure on-time delivery while managing project budget and quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience managing complex projects; project management certification is preferred.
• Many years of practical experience developing wind turbines or wind energy technologies.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, strong quality awareness, and assertiveness.
• Very good command of English and German, together with intercultural experience.
