What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional technology projects for wind energy systems from planning to handover.
• Drive project goals and technology readiness through concept development and validation phases.
• Ensure transparency of project progress, identify challenges early, and implement countermeasures.
• Take full responsibility for the on-time delivery of results, including budget and quality management.

Requirements

• Degree (Diploma or Master’s) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in managing complex projects, preferably with a project management certification.
• Extensive practical experience in the development of wind turbines or wind energy technologies.
• Very good command of English and German combined with intercultural experience.
• Strong quality awareness and assertiveness.
