Project Development Manager (Renewable Energy)

What you will do

• Manage PV and BESS project development from tender award or post-origination through start of construction.
• Control budgets, milestones, schedules, deliverables, and existing development contracts.
• Review and negotiate PPAs, lease agreements, joint venture agreements, and EPC and O&M contracts.
• Secure permits, maintain social and environmental compliance, and engage local communities.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal Engineering, Project, Finance, Accounting, and Legal functions.
• Support financial feasibility analysis, due diligence, debt and tax equity financing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• At least five years of experience in the renewable energy industry in Indonesia.
• Experience delivering a successful utility-scale solar project with PT PLN as the offtaker.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
