What you will do

• Support the design, setup, configuration, and implementation of technical solutions based on client and business needs.
• Analyze client data and create solution designs, data mapping documents, integration requirements, implementation guides, and best practices.
• Perform data quality checks, validation, reconciliation, system testing, and client user acceptance testing.
• Investigate data, integration, and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and help coordinate issue resolution.
• Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, dependencies, scope changes, and escalations.
• Improve implementation processes, documentation, tools, and collaboration across engineering, product, and implementation teams.

Requirements

• 0–3 years of experience.
• BCA in Computers, B.Tech/B.E., or MCA in Computers.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and working with data files, including analysis, mapping, validation, reconciliation, and identification of data quality issues.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Follow privacy, security, data protection, and HIPAA policies and procedures.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
• Basic programming or scripting experience with C#, Python, or JavaScript.
