Business Strategy Operations Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Drive critical cross-functional initiatives to scale operations and transform musculoskeletal care delivery.
• Develop business case models and market strategies for new product launches and revenue streams.
• Establish and maintain robust dashboards to track business performance KPIs.
• Bridge the gap between high-level strategic planning and day-to-day operational execution.
• Collaborate with Product, Commercial, and Clinical teams to identify and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to commute to San Francisco for a hybrid role (3 days per week in-office).
• 4+ years of experience in business strategy, modeling, and project management.
• 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Chief of Staff, Investment Banking, or BizOps.
• Strong analytical proficiency with Excel and SQL.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Healthcare industry experience.
• MBA or MPH degree.
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
