Business Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Partner with clients and stakeholders to discover business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze, document, validate, and approve business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into Agile user stories, process flows, use cases, wireframes, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with application development, data, UX, creative, and QA teams to support solution design and delivery.
• Analyze complex SQL queries and large datasets to identify trends, exceptions, process issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Support payment validation, requirements traceability, user acceptance testing, workshops, demonstrations, training, and client reviews.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex technology or data solutions as a client-facing Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile delivery teams.
• Strong SQL skills and experience analyzing complex data and large datasets.
• Experience gathering requirements across application development, data, and user experience initiatives.
• Experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Google Cloud Platform environments is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Technology, or a related field, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment validation and payment processing.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
